I visited today to get a photo frame for my grandad's funeral. The woman in the shop could not have been more helpful and friendly is she tried. Not only did she supply me with some tissues when I became upset, but she did everything she could to make sure my collage was as perfect as it could have been. I have been here before for a Christmas present and the quality of the items are second to none.

Terrible service. Paid for 20 minutes photos online, went to collect them over an hour later and they hadn't even been printed. Stood in the shop for 5 minutes without being acknowledged as there was only one member of staff and 3 customers. When they were printed, 2 of the prints were missing and they all printed curled up. Not what I expect from "professional" printing. I could've done a better job at home.

The custom-made photo frame was rather expensive but the service was quite good. The frame was ready in less than a week. When it was ready, the staff helped me to frame my photo. I also printed another photo and he helped me to choose the readily made frame with the suitable mount. And he also helped me with the framing of my second photo. It is also good to know they are open on Sunday.

We called into this branch with a view for a photo to be put on a canvas. We selected to use thier 1 hr services and wasn't disappointed. The picture is wonderful and the price didn't break the bank either. Last but not least the staff who was working the day we called in was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful cheerful. Won't hesitate going back 10 out of 10
