The staff at Julian Charles at Junction 32 are outstanding. The manager went above and beyond to help me today. I can't thank you enough.

Love love love! Always bought bedding from this place. Made the mistake of once buying some pillows nearer to my place of work when they were due to be changed as I couldnt get to this shop. Big mistake!!! Within couple of months they lost their shape, seams were coming apart and the pillow cases began to look baggy because of the pillows. Soon went back to this place to get pillows from here… and was not disappointed. My duvet needed an upgrade as the one I bought from here was not long enough for the new bed. Came here and found what I needed as always!! This shop is abs reliable!! I bought my last one from here and it was abs quality and so came today for one for a bigger bed!! As usual the ladies here are amazing!! The ladies are wonderful and will always advice you on the material , the pros and cons of each type. They know their products. The duvet I bought is abs heaven and it’s what you need for a cosey snuggly bed! Never had issues with any items bought here ! Will always keep coming back. The ladies a super amazing , friendly and sooo helpful. Abs pleasure speaking to them. They understand needs of customer and how eg important it is getting the right pillow if you suffer from migraine constantly like I do. I was so conscious that I was being too awkward / picky but they reassured me that they knew why I asked the questions and how important it is to find the right pillow to help with migraines and tensions around the neck and head. They were patient and completely understood. They mentioned they have various clients with differing needs as well as similar ones and will always find something to suit them because it’s important to get the best sleep you can. I couldn’t recommend this shop or the lovely ladies enough. Thank you so so much for today!!

I rang the shop today regarding some curtains and spoke to Laura. I would just like to say what a very helpful and pleasant girl she was. I was most impressed and the company is lucky to have such an obliging member of staff! 😊

Julian Charles has a local store only 3 miles away from us on junction 32 Glasshoughton, it has very good quality bed linen, quilt covers etc, and for the quality reasonably priced.

We have visited this shop twice in the last month and the staff are so friendly ,kind and helpful. Thank you so much. Will visit you again because of the outstanding service providerd
