Went over and above to repair a precious gold watch that has a lot of sentimental value. It looks beautiful (and works). Can't say how happy it made me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Was my first visit but definitely won't be my last.

Needed some links taking out of a bracelet watch. The lovely ladies in the shop were so helpful. I left the watch with them, returned 30 minutes later, all sorted for a very reasonable price.
