Do not use this jewellers in castleford indoor market unit number 46. Woman serving was very rude to the point where she ignored us and when asked if there was a problem with the watch we had taken in she just said 'NO'. Originally when the watch was taken in, the guy(so called jeweller) hidden behind a counter (hiding his shoddy workmanship) said the watch was missing a spring for the battery, screws missing inside. I found this strange as the watch had worked perfectly before the battery ran out. They couldn't even find my watch, and wanted to know the make(even though I did have a written ticket). I was left waiting while they fumbled behind the counter, eventually after asking again what was going on I was told that they had been waiting for parts since 20th of December, this was now 23rd of January???? If you want rude, unprofessional people to meddle with your valuables then by all means go here. If you do however value your valuables don't touch them with a barge pole. YOUR CHOICE.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I took my watch into the morley branch in Leeds for a simple battery change. At this stage they managed to crack my screen and damage the hour and minute handles. It was then sent to this branch to repair and initially they had the audacity to try and charge me for the repair to the damage that had been caused. Anyway since then I have been told dates of repairs and to date this has not been done. When I tried to question when it would be ready they were very defensive over the phone and began to shout down the phone stating "we have over 500 watches to repair and we'll never get them done talking to you". Im now at a stage where I will probably end up taking my watch from them and having to get a professional company to repair it costing me money. I never put reviews online so for me to do this shows just how bad the service is and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. It's the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

More than happy with Watchwise. Left 4 items of jewelry for repair and was highly delighted with the service I received. Would recommend using them for a professional repair service.
