New Balance

Visited there today. Store wasn't busy. I asked a slim all in black girl who was working there for help. But she walked away from me. I was shocked . I did go to her and asked her again about size 13 shoes or trainers. First she said which one. I said any , then she said I don't think we have any. She didn't go to look for it she didn't ask anyone. that's it. So unprofessional and unhelpful. I visited many other shops. They were helpful despite didn't have anything. But at least they looked and were respectful. This was my first time visit there and unfortunately was my last time too.

Absolutely brilliant service from Darryl. Very knowledgable about the products and gave me lots of advice. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Not a typical salesman and there was no pressure to make a purchase. Bought a pair of running shoes with his guidance. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I popped into the New Balance outlet not really planning to buy anything, but Daryl completely changed that! His knowledge, advice, and genuine passion for what he does made the whole experience amazing. I left with the perfect pair and officially converted to NB — thanks, Daryl!

Apologies for late review. I went in for advice on trainers for marathon training. My 1st contact was Daryl, he explained the new balance numbers so well, I bought the 880s, limited edition LM23. He really knew his stuff, but not only this, there was a lovely girl called keira too, who got chatting to me, I met the manager Danny and Ivana. Apologies if I got any names wrong 🙄. I hope someone from the top reads this, this team is absolutely amazing. I got so much knowledge from 1 visit. I work in retail and customer service is my biggest passion. This store definitely needs recognition because I am now definitely going to keep going back and have recommend so many of my friends and everyone I speak to about the quality of work this store put in. Darren took time out to show me another pair of new balance online. The rebel fuel cell, which I have purchased. Thank you so much team castleford. I wish I could work there as its all my love and passion!! All things athletic and customer service. The pictures are of the recommendation that Danny had given to me. This is true customer service. I didn't find them.at Castleford but he was able to point me in the right direction ❤️

Great experience buying a pair of trainers and a 'jogging suit'. Why? Because the staff, in particular Lucy, were very attentive to my requirements resulting in a top level customer service. It was so good to be treated as a valued customer - took me back to when customer service was really valued and offered by most stores!
