Having recently purchased a pair of hiking boots from the Cotswold store in Catterick I feel that I should share my experience. The young assistant was exceptionally patient (I am almost 77 years old),the time He spent getting the correct fit and comfort was reassuring, His knowledge of the product was 110%. It was actually a pleasure spending My money at this store.My friends and I will definitely be asking for Liam on Our next visit. Well done Liam. 👏

Really good place for a re-supply of electrolytes while on the Wainwright Coast to Coast. We took a day off in Richmond and took a bus the 2 miles south to Cotswold. Had a really friendly sales person help us. Very friendly people there.

Good clothes and gear but the standout at this shop is the service. Very impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of people who clearly use what they're selling and know what they're talking about. It wasn't just an individual either, had the same experience with three different people about different pieces of clothing and equipment. Happy to spend my money here, thanks.
