One of my friends has autism and was overwhelmed by the amount of rain. We went to go rest in NEXT and got kicked out. The staff member was so mean too and she didn’t listen to what we had to say.
Next is located on the Princes Gate Shopping Park which has a large car park including disabled and mother and toddler parking spaces , the store has wheel chair access and we'll spaced isles, the shop is layed out in sections from swimwear and underwear to men's clothing and sleepwear , the staff are friendly and helpful
Tried to buy a pair of trousers - got charged a different price to the label (paid more) and the size was wrong. Shop assistant said it was the new price. Great, why not label it correctly?
Absolutely appalling service from the staff here, one in particular needs some customer service training! To add insult to injury, the boots I collected were scratched and had to be returned!!
Great store easy to find what your looking for not as much stock as some larger stores but this makes viewing g easier to find the good stuff
