We purchased our new property through Reeds Rains Cleckheaton, and the service was brilliant. Chloe was managing our transaction and was very attentive to us and our requests. She provided an ever present yet respectful line of communication between the agency and ourselves and was always on hand to chase anything up when required. A great service from start to finish from the whole team and one I would recommend to anybody buying, selling or letting.

The initial sale of my mother’s property went through quite quickly and with her living by herself was wary of not to be left on her own to show just a man around the property. Chloe and the team were aware of this and supportive in ensuring this request was accommodated. The physical house sale and completion was delayed though due to issues with my mum’s buyer. No fault of Reines. Once resolved , the eventual house sale exchange and completion went through promptly. Chloe was able to update us along the way through the process.

I have ben dealing with Reeds Raines Cleckheaton office for 3 years and during that time Chloe Ellam has provided a very professional solution to any letting problems that have arisen. Her colleague Tia deserves a mention , providing reassuring backup to Chloe. I would recommend RR for property lettings.

Highly recommend and can't thank Reeds Rains enough, specifically Tia and Chloe. We've had a whirlwind of a journey finding a home but after 6 months, we've finally completed. We first met Tia at a house viewing and she was really helpful and friendly. When it came to putting ours on the market, without a doubt we wanted Reeds Rains to act for us. They've always acted quickly and efficiently and have chased relevant parties when needed. We had our buyers pull out just before christmas, our seller pull out near completion and we've had to find another suitable property. Throughout this journey, they've given us nothing but reassurance, been so patient and understanding and have been really helpful. Chloe and Tia have kept us updated throughout aswell as other parties too. We are really thankful for everything they've done and you can tell that they genuinely care.
