I was so lucky to win a hot stone back, shoulder & neck massage in Charlotte Serenity’s Facebook competition, and from start to finish it was such a wonderful experience. Charlotte welcomed me warmly and instantly made me feel comfortable. The massage itself was incredible — the warmth of the stones melted away the tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and Charlotte adjusted the pressure perfectly to my needs. She focused on the areas that needed extra attention, and by the end I felt lighter, more relaxed, and completely stress-free. I left feeling not only pampered, but also genuinely restored. I can’t recommend Charlotte Serenity highly enough if you’re looking for true relaxation and a professional, caring touch.
I've had various treatments from Charlotte and every one has been amazing, from the hot stones massage, lash lifts and spray tans. I would never use anyone else now. Charlotte makes you feel so at ease and relaxed. Can't wait for my next booking.

Had my first dewy glow facial with Charlotte and it was amazing. I absolutely love that you also get a head, face, neck, arm and hand massage included as I've never known this before. The products she used on me smelt amazing and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I left the salon with glowing skin and feeling totally relaxed. I would definitely recommend this facial with Charlotte or any of her other services along with the hot stone massage which I have also had previously.
I’m not one for leaving reviews but I had my lashes lifted and tinted over a month ago and they are still as good as the day I had them done. I’m not a big fan of pampering and girly things but I love my lashes and the longevity of the results speak for themselves. I’ll definitely be booking in to get them done again. Charlotte is one of the most down to earth people you could ask for she makes you feel at ease and you can have a laugh in her company which makes the experience enjoyable.
