I ordered a carrot cake Gajar Halwa with ice cream from Heavenly Dessert, and I was so impressed with their service! Shortly after placing my order, the shop called me to let me know they were out of carrot cake. They were incredibly kind and professional on the phone, offering me options or the chance to cancel. I told them the Gajar Halwa was what I really wanted anyway, and they were more than happy to accommodate! They delivered just the Gajar Halwa with ice cream, beautifully packaged and absolutely delicious. The dessert was amazing, and the ice cream paired perfectly. I’m really happy with both the food and their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Visited today and was served by Naz, and I have to say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Naz made me feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The service was attentive without ever feeling rushed, and every interaction had a warm, personal touch. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly, positive attitude, but Naz managed it effortlessly. Overall, I had a really enjoyable time — great service, great atmosphere, and a team member who truly elevated the whole visit. I’ll definitely be returning.
We were welcomed wi the a smiley Naz and taken to our chosen table straightway. Naz explained how to order and left us with menus as well. Once ordered, our food and drinks came quickly. Naz ensured that everything was ok and asked if we needed anything else. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend
