DOWNGRADED TO 1star! They put a copy and paste reply below poor reviews to email them (suggesting they will resolve issues).. guess what. They won’t reply to you. Absolutely awful company Sadly very disappointed. Overpriced. Understaffed. Slow service. Dirty. I would never normally write a bad review… but if paying premium prices you expect decent service. There was one staff member clearly overrun. Made no apology for incredibly slow service. Asked us for our order before we had even sat down as he was in a rush. There was lots of mess under tables which is poor. The shakshuka came with only one egg which I’ve never experienced before. The French toast looked fancy but was bland. I could see other customers getting frustrated with the very long wait. Suggestion to the management - employ more staff and train staff in customer service or cut your prices in half

Absolutely awful service. Me and 4 friends visited heavenly dessert spending over £67 on dessert and drinks. I ordered sticky toffee pudding. The custard was cold . The waitress took it back warmed it up. Comes back custard is still cold . Rang the bell a few times, ignored. Meanwhile my pudding got cold. I was told I would not get a fresh pudding as I had a few bites. The reason I took bites is because I put custard after thinking the custard is going to be hot. We were ignored and staff very rude and ignorant as we had already paid for dessert and drinks. I am very disappointed and will not recommend! NOT VERY HEAVENLEY

Lovely experience, very different to the usual English breakfast around Yorkshire . Drinks and Icecream awesome , hamza was a great host !

Ordered cookie dough to share. Waited a very long time for it to come. Seemed like there wasn't many staff. Just one or two rushing around. We went at a quiet time. Only 2 other tables were sat. We got our cookie dough and a few minutes later our cutlery. All in all. Food was nice place was clean but the service was slow. Could do with a little improvement here.

Our sever was Shem he was the kindest and most polite server we have had the pleasure of meeting. He got all our orders in tact and asked us if we had any allergy or dietary requirement and handed us the folder for items that contained allergies as I have bout allergies and after wards he asked if everything was fine every now and then. The menu was very interesting I had to try several desserts and was happy with everything and ended up with a take out. Items starts from 1.30£ upwards and it’s very reasonable , would be coming back .
