We have ordered many times before and been happy but tonight they have really let themselves down. One waffle was put into box upside down, both waffles were not cooked properly and cold although the chocolate sauce was still warm is suggesting it was sat a while before being topped, one of ice cream scoops was wrong flavour and one was completely melted so out of a £31+ order all we could eat was one cookie dough and one scoop of ice cream. I tried to call a number of times to allow them chance to rectify order but after 10 times calling and it just ringing out I stopped trying
Served by Bobby this evening. They made me 3 mini strawberry kunafa cups for my children who don’t eat a big one. Something they don’t usually do! Fantastic service thank you so much!
Just had the Kunafah cheese cake which was delicious. So rich and creamy and the base was amazing. Kunafa waffles simply amazing, so rich and delicious. Can’t wait to try more of the menu.
Stuck into a delicious waffle while gorgeous background music surrounded us, filled with some of the popular hits like attention by Charlie Puth. Amar was fantastic and helped us out when we accidently received the wrong tea, (no one’s fault, these things happen to the best of us). Highly recommend and highly satisfied
Visited this dessert parlour recently and absolutely loved it! I had the French toast, and it was delicious — perfectly fluffy, soft, and full of flavour. You could tell it was made fresh and with care. The presentation was lovely too, and the portion size was just right. The place itself had a nice vibe — clean, cosy, and great for a treat with friends or family. Definitely coming back to try more from their menu!
