Excellent service from Saeed. He looked after us very well and had a friendly chat. Highly recommend going in and speaking to him if you want to receive excellent customer service!
We ordered a biscoff waffle and kinder bueno cookie dough it arrives at the house with a tiny bit of biscoff and a sprinkle of the buiscuit i was eating it and it just tasted of a plain waffle for the cookie dough calling a kinder bueno cookie dough they didn’t even put a full chocolate bar in at most im in devastation disgusting
Living in Hudds, ice stones is a place our family regularly visits. I always tend to order the freshly made desserts like: crepes, waffles or cookie dough - and have never had to complain about the quality of those desserts. One time I had jam roly poly with custard, as it was a pre-made dessert, you could tell the custard had been heated in the microwave and the roly poly was dry. I think the bathroom and overall appearance/cleanliness could be a little better and updated. On this instance I ordered a nutella crepe with strawberries - it was delicious. If you stick with desserts made fresh in-house, you’ll have a decent experience.
I’m not a dessert person, but when I’m in a mood I feel like dessert. Ice stone is my place whenever I’m feeling like it. You need to try their milk cake . It’s really really nice . And I love their presentation as well .
Excellent service from Saeyd. He gave me loads of samples and I had two flavours I absolutely loved over not having samples and getting flavours I'm not too sure about having the samples made all of the difference. Thank you!
