Ordered on user Ferrero rocher cookie dough was crap and dry. Asked for kinder ice cream got vanilla also food came cold do not order from here
I ordered 2 cookie doughs from them they came burnt with barely any sauce on top and were dry. I paid extra for Reece’s ice cream but got a vanilla one.I also got a molten lava cake that was dry. I got these from Uber eats and complained but didn’t get a response.
Not even deserved one star. Ordered online at 6.30pm and it said only 90min. didn't receive anything till 8.30pm. Wait 2 hours, Try to contact them more than 5 times no one answer the phone. Did online chat then they rang and said will take more 30min for delivery. Came after one hour. We waited for 3 hours still order came wrong. They charge for the extra Belgium chocolate sauce. Didn't sent that even. Never ever order from them again at all. Worse place ever.
Wish there was an option for no stars. So placed an order on just eat, it said it would be delivered at 22:40, I thought that's fine they must be busy, no problem!! Can imagine my excitement when the door goes at 21:55, couldn't wait. Went to tuck into my crepe and it was like eaten frozen cardboard. This place has proper gone down hill. Would rather have waited til nearly 11 o'clock for warm food than have it come early and cold. Wont be eating here again 🙄🤢
Absolutely shocking. I don’t understand what happened to ice stones. It should have stayed as the one little restraint store on Leeds road. Waited 2 hrs for my order. All good items flat cold. The 2 milkshakes spilt in the bag and I literally had half of a milkshake if that. They don’t pick up the phone so I wouldn’t waste your time.
