Good customer service. Cheap cards and usually good for occasion gift and toys available. Never usually spend more than a fiver depending on what I'm after

Absolutely fuming with the customer service at this shop! Went in on Saturday asking about helium and was advised if we require some in regular balloons it’s best to get them a day before the day we require them which is fair enough. Next day we come in the morning and were advised they can’t be filled as the shop is single maned so they can’t leave the shop floor. We then return before closing get told they can’t be filled we each balloon takes 10 minutes to fill with helium! They are not willing to stay open to accommodate and also the management are not answering their phone to authorise this! The balloons are now due for the party the next day and we have been absolutely messed about! I know it’s a nice sunny Sunday but no management to be in on the weekend is poor for retail, specially when the whole town centre looks as though it’s gone close permanently! Custom is important at this point! Anyway if personally advice to stay clear and just go to white rose! Let them all close down if they think this type of customer service is acceptable.

Lovely shop.Staff very polite and helpful. Joshua was very helpful with very good customer service skills.Well stocked and laid out displays. Excellent shop.
