Went in to get some balloons for a party today, all the staff were really lovely, helpful, knew the store really well and put the balloons together really nicely, thank you so much for all your help, especially the girl with the blue hair at the till x

Today I had to buy birthday cards & balloons for my granddaughters birthday. I went into the card factory based in Sheffield City Centre - Pinistone Street. The 2 shop assistants Linda & Linda were extremely helpful & attentive. I can’t explain it but they made my shopping much more fun, because they welcomed customers with a smile & continued to help all the way through the journey. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you both you amazing.

Linda & Linda the 2 most helpful, friendly & loveliest people to have working in your store. Both ladies were extremely helpful to me on Saturday when I entered into the shop just before they closed. Nothing was too much trouble for them both. They are both an asset not only to the Sheffield City Centre branch but to the organisation.

I went to pinstone st shop today.I bought a card for my grandson.The shop was tidy and staff very helpful.Linda served me on the till.She was also helpful and she friendly and nice even took the price tag off for me Many thanks Steve

Excellent. There's a member of staff politely greeting you at the door, telling customers that there's a One Way system in the shop, which is to the right side. This is the ONLY Card Factory shop that I have seen this as I live near one and I've been in the ones in Town.
