I visited here during Covid on 20th December for my family Christmas cards, and I was really impressed. They had a system in place and somebody at the door letting you in. There was no queue, plenty of hand sanitiser and staff were wearing visors. There was a member of staff who was extremely helpful and went that extra mile. The cards were neat but some not that easy to find. Maybe better if there were just a couple more signs, and all of the say Daddy cards were together, rather than some Daddy, some Dad, some more Daddy further down etc. I didn't feel stressed or rushed like I usually would when looking for my Christmas cards and it was a nice pleasant environment. There were plenty of cards for lots of different relatives. I came away still needing 2 male cousin cards and a Grandma card, but going on 20th December, I'm not surprised. They did have some just not what I was looking for. I would recommend and will be using this as my go to store in future.

A good selection of christmas cards. However there is not a good selection of birthday cards. Prices are reasonable for the quality of cards that are available.

Thought it had a poor choice of cards compared to the card factory thornaby Its the third time I have been to the Teesside store, but will not be going again.

Getting expensive!!!!! some nice cards but way over priced! As much as 20p/30p on some cards.

Excellent selection very competitively priced. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
