A right laugh for collecting parcels. Tuesday 7pm and 12 people in a q waiting for their parcels out the back. Great service to order from but collection needs to get better. Sort it out Next. This feels rushed and an afterthought

From 5 🌟 To One ⭐️in the same purchase Although I initially gave NEXT a 5 Star review, please note how it all went wrong. How refreshing to not only find a member of staff who is helpful and engaging, I'm the lucky customer that found that member of staff in Next at Wheatley Hall Road Store, the member of staff is Kerry, I wanted a pan set, although I looked online I wanted to see the pan set, unfortunately they don't stock any pans in store, but Kerry couldn't have been more helpful she helped me find exactly what I wanted. Please read on. After putting what I thought was a excellent review, I then when to collect my purchases, unfortunately that would seam to be a easy Thing to do, Although I paid for the items which showed that it was in stock, unfortunately it didn't arrive when it should have done, I did receive a text message from Next saying that it didn't arrive, I didn't receive a explanation as to why, I also was told that I should allow another 2 or 3 days and wait for for another message, Unfortunately that message never arrived, I waited 6 days after ordering the item, and then returned to the store to chase up the order, I was then Informed that that Although the order was in stock at the time I ordered it, It was out of stock when it was sent to be picked, I only found this out after calling at the store. Although I requested a refund it took over 15 minutes before Sean one of the Managers arrived to execute the refund, Although Sean appolsied he first of all said he wasn't surprised, I obviously got a refund but I must say Sean didn't seam apologetic. He didn't sound at all sympathetic, I am a very disappointed customer. Robert Lindley

Great place for everything, homeware, gents and ladies clothing, kids clothing, tables, chairs, beds, lights scented sticks, pictures, frames etc. Staff always helpful and friendly 🤩💪🚀 And why not pop to the Costa to chill and have a coffee ☕ cake 🎂 Two toilets 🚻 upstairs including baby change. Lift 🛗 available at the back of the store. Good access ♿ for all.

Just gone and tried to buy some clothes for my son, to be told I can’t buy until 10.30am on a Sunday. But they’re open at 10am. I thought Sunday trading hours was 10am-4am. Not really impressed as was in a rush to make an event

Terrible place , utterly racist, they kept standing near me and my sisters, never did the same for other white shoppers, manager was absolutely biased and mentioned we were not allowed to shout even without knowing any of what happened . Pleasant to say they won’t be trying that rubbish with any black person again !
