A great place for a bargain, but you do have to rummage amongst some very old stock. If you want a,bargain on furniture, its definately the place to go!

OK for the odd thing but don't get your hopes up for a matching set. No changing rooms.
I bought a Mattress which i believed to be a real bargain , the mattress was a very odd size and didn't fit the bed so i rang the store for help. This is the critical point with any business , how do they respond to an issue ? Well Becky and Michelle rose to the challenge , they have completely restored my faith in customer service in general , they were superb , they went out of there way to resolve the problem , they kept me informed with what they were doing and they have resolved the problem completely to my satisfaction.. They are a credit to NEXT and i thank them for there efforts . Excellent customer service is a rarity in todays environment , i can certainly say that if you approach the situation in the right manner and ask rather than "demand" help, my experience has been fantastic! Virtually nothing for men in clothing, it's in one corner. A rail of jeans, a rail of trousers a rail of shirts and a couple of suits. With the size of the store it's a joke. Don't waste your time looking for men's clothing you'll end up being shocked and disappointed just like me. They may as well have not bothered!!!
