Recently bought a new rat cage from here really impressed with the service. I needed the cage asap I was able to order it online at 5pm for store pick up 10am next day. Staff were very helpful in store and even helped me carry the goods to the car. Once I got home and built the cage I realised some parts were missing (hammocks) which was a manufactures fault but Jollyes replaced them from their own stock. First time customer but will definitely be coming back here for future purchases.
A good shop in all honesty..good value for money and lots of different products to choose from making it a worthwhile visit
Have basic foods. Didn't have what I wanted which was urinary dog biscuits but good for everyday items.
Helpful sales assistant quickly found what I wanted and showed me how to use it. Couldn't be better
rebecca was lovely !! she helped me out and gave me lots of alternatives to research 💖🫂
