Jollyes - The Pet People Halifax

Absolutely diabolical! We went for our puppy's second round of vaccinations and were still waiting over an hour after our appointment time - no warning as to delays given, just a poorly managed queue down the cat food isle. One member of staff was dealing with the "clinic" (what I assume was a converted broom cupboard in the warehouse at the back of the store in a staff only section) while when we were finally seen three others were having a smoke break out the fire door only feet away from what I would have expected to have been a sanitary vet facility. Felt more like a backroom drug deal than an appointment at a veterinary clinic in a well known pet retailer, although that would probably have had better customer service, and a well kept appointment diary.

Very friendly staff and good value compared to the other store in Pellon.

Never any staff on till, usually have to wait for them to come to be served, went in this week and stood at the till for a good 3 minutes with a queue of people and no staff in sight, safe to say I wont be returning. Loss of over £70 sale.

My akita and my husky have been for a groom today, they both look lovely and smell stunning very happy with the groom

Great & helpful staff. Used to take our pets to Pets at Home for vaccinations… £100 a cat. Jollyes is £30 per cat. Great service - I wish I could tell more people about them
