Just been in this morning.. spoke to Nat regarding puppy food.. Nat knew what she was was talking about, knew her products and recommended products on the basis of needs.. nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed to know was explained in detail and passion.. If every sales person was as passionate and honest as Nat shopping in the high street wouldn't be in the state it is today for sure..

Excellent pet shop - always has the latest Wagg treats for dogs, usually before Pets at Home, prices are competitive and staff are awesome.

Very happy with the service. Took both of my dogs and they were both groomed within the hour by a lovely girl named Aimee who genuinely seemed very interested in her job which was nice to see. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were well cared for as they are quite nervous dogs. I'll definitely be returning for future grooming. Friendly staff. Well laid out store. Very clean.

Wonderful pet shop! The staff are incredibly helpful and the manager is really lovely. They took time to help and discuss the best food options and are very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable. The selection is great. I am so happy it's on our doorstep.
