It's alright but the member of staff who handled the games I bought was rough with the discs and could of easily scratched them the way they was handled. I was in shock when watching just how bad it was. Some people like to buy for their collection and quality matters, apart from that it's a good shop.
Agreed on £105 cash for my phone, but after testing, they dropped the offer to £81 using a fake excuse about a missing cable ('the system's fault'). I know for a fact I provided the original cable as it was the only one I had at home. Be careful of them lowering the price at the last minute. I just wanted to warn others about what to expect from the staff at this shop.
Scott was very helpful and patient the 2 times I have been in. I have never been to cex and have not been in a game shop in years. Scott talked me through a Nintendo switch, games and controllers. Very knowledgeable.
Bought a Logitech g29 from this store They sold it to me with the wrong cable and it doesn't work due to that do not use this store as they don't know what they are doing
