Couldn’t find the location at first but saw a picture posted by someone and realised it was where the bus stand is. To go there need to get through the frenchgate to the bus stand. If you use the stair escalator next to the TacoBell it brings you straight away in front of it. Went to drop a parcel off, not sure how everything else is
A few members of staff are very sullen and rude and miserable but one if not two are nice.you always feel every time you ask them something they jump down your throat and answer you abruptly before you even get to finish your sentence 😒😒
Rude staff, every time I come in with Evri parcels I have to wait at the back of the queue whilst they serve other customers - been told on multiple occasions to take my business elsewhere when I speak up on this.
Today, I was served by two ladies who despite the fact DPD made a mistake. They were able to verify my documents and released my parcel. Thank you ladies!
I was queuing up once I was served then I told her I had two parcels to pick up she never even said hello or good morning or good afternoon was not greeted how I would greet someone she asked me for my id then she threw it on the counter think shes new but That is not how to treat a customer there is always a line every time I go in they. They are rude not very friendly they are miserable and it puts me off going in there at times I have to because I have to pick up my parcels I don't get this in any other shops they are nice but I have reason for one star
