My family & I use the drive through regularly. We usually have to check our order before we leave. However yesterday we were in a hurry to get back to a 1yr & 5 yr old waiting with their dad..to get their tea before bedtime. So my daughter asked the server 'Is everything in there?' The server said it was. So we came home & served up the family. At this point we noticed ordinary chips & sweetcorns were missing. So my daughter rushed back as there wasn't enough dinner for everyone. My daughters food was cold by the time she got back. On looking at her receipt, the member of staff was called Amy who had conveniently left for the night. An apology was given but that's all. So 2 trips including fuel & a cold meal is not what is expected from such a big company that has outlets all over the world. As said...not the first time!!
Just bought a boneless feast, shop wasn’t busy was told to park up in car park, had to wait for food paid for an extra portion of large fries (didn’t receive) and to top it off waited 15 mins longer and didn’t receive any sides at all, got home no fries and no sides. Understand if it was busy, but it was dead £32 for next to nothing. Frustrating.
Absolutely rubbish.. every time we go there they always get our order wrong..And we end up having to go bk to get order fixed.. I even asked if it was correct to which the girl in the part that gives you ur meal assured me it was.. get staff that can either read what's been ordered or try employing competent staff
Arrived home after an hour trip to discover that my order wasn't complete. To say I was angry is an understatement. I didn't fancy sitting in rush hour traffic again so tried to contact the restaurant. Why can't you have a phone number? It's not good enough. Very frustrating. Will have to do the staffs job and check my order before I leave from now on. Pathetic.
Thanks to your amazing kitchen staff who helped me resolve a serious situation after my 3 hour drive home today. The situation was that I didn't have a KFC. You guys were instrumental in resolving this - thank you and see you again soon!
