We have recently sited our caravan near Filey and have attended the 11.00am Sunday Mass in this lovely, old church about six times. We have supported the coffee morning which takes place after this Mass but found that the parishioners do not come to sit with us or chat to us or in many cases, speak to us. Sadly, this does not make us feel very welcome or included. We hope this might change on our return next year?
It's a lovely church full of warmth and friendliness. An old church which is used regularly by many.
