Absolutely awful customer service, advertised the family feast deal at £33.99, we had a photo of deal.. when we ordered it, staff member took payment and disputed what we were entitled to and when we showed them the poster on their shop window he precedes to rip it down and said the deal is no longer.. then refused to give us a refund on our card, however after us having to raise our voice he processed our card refund. When we asked to see the manager, said there was no manager there. Terrible customer service. We recommend you stay away. Would be minus star rating if available.
they took 25 mins to make the food and get it, they then proceeded to leave it out for 10 mins while the staff were screaming like children, running around throwing flour on each other while they have customers waiting for their food. They was running around and it was horrible customer service.
Over crowded, LONG wait for expensive and terrible food. ��60+ FOR TWO PIZZA! Bland and full of grease. The food hygiene must be wrong, does not go down well.
it was the worst place i think i have ever been to, the customer service was just shocking because we waited 20 minutes for one pizza and whilst we was waiting the guy at the front desk shut the shutters down and told us to wait round the corner. whilst we was waiting all we heard was shouting and screaming and when i went to look what was going on i saw our pizza just sitting there whilst they was all throwing flour at eachother, so we got the security guard to go in the kitchen and get our order, whilst this was happening they all sprinted out of the shop screaming and shouting with flour everywhere and then they all just ran out of the shop and left, throwing flour around.
If you like pizza swimming in grease then this is the place to go papa jonns claim their ingredients are better but I disagree.
