When i went to this dentist I had zero confidence what teeth I had left were broken , I was entitled to NHS but sick of waiting lists , sandu and his staff were lovely didn't look down on me and made me feel at ease , you couldn't find a nicer team , they made paying for the treatment very clear and easy , I can smile again

Super Dentist at the practice I have Sandu very friendly, Quick and knows his Job, the Staff that work at My Dentist are friendly and helpful too.

Fuming and need my practice to care about my needs. Was told months ago I'm no longer an active patient due to 'Micheal' a dentist who's care I was under had left the practice. I was with the practice before this dentist started working there. There's another dentist there whom I'm familiar with but they won't put me under him saying any work at a previous practice with that dentist is 'historical". I have 2 fillings urgently needing replacing as others are now at risk. I have half a face to chew with. My dating life and summer is on hold. 111 wont solve the issue. The receptionist kept going around in circles and was hardly letting me get a word in edgeways and wasn't answering my questions properly. They've had months to find a new dentist. I'm on benefits with health issues and alone so I was shocked when they said we can see you much sooner for £49 per tooth and £150 per filling. No lack of dentist there just lack of empathy for a patient in need with fishy wording of my patient status and prioritizing cash over patient care. What a joke.

Absolutely rubbish.. after being with Filey dentist for 37years I have been refused treatment. While I was undergoing treatment my dentist left a few years ago now I have kept in touch with the practice and was informed that I was still registered and would be treated in an emergency, that emergency has now arisen on the tooth which was under treatment when Dr Micheal left it now appears they won't treat me and I have to ring 111 for an emergency appointment under the NHS.the receptionist comes over very rude and arrogant which didn't help..

This dentist is very efficient, as soon as you walk in the door the staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. Kate is the most efficient, and gentle dentist I have ever known, I for the first time in my life are very happy going to the dentist. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have a fear of the dentist like I have had. I cannot recommend their high standards enough.
