I have recently use Haxby’s in Filey (part of the dignity group). I dealt with the manager Melvin he has been wonderful and very helpful. I have had to deal with arrangements from afar but any issues I had Melvin helped to resolve them and has gone far beyond what I was expecting. I had to organise the update on the headstone that was in situ on a family grave. Melvin arranged collections of the headstone and taking it to a local stone mason. Melvin has made the whole upsetting experience so much easy, I can honestly say the he has been an absolutely wonderful and helpful man. I could not have done any of what we did without his understanding help and assistance. Thank you Melvin

So much care, support and guidance from all of the filey team. Very professional and understanding through a very upsetting and difficult time. My mum had a beautiful ceremony and the celebrant captured my mums life perfectly. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did for mum from start to finish.

I can not fault the support of Sandra and Melvin. Dealing with different rules they both kept me right and within the required deadlines. Nothing was too much trouble even it was to provide a shoulder and ear to rabble on about my grandfather. I would have no issues about recommend them.
