Super friendly staff 10 out 10 service, I was away and unable to wash some bedding but I called before to check if they could do it I dropped it off I asked for a time to collect it and it was ready to go at I was really impressed I would use again if it’s needed and would recommend to anyone
We used Filey Bay laundrette mid holiday at our caravan booked with Filey Bay Caravans and we were not disappointed. The laundrette was well equipped, the staff very friendly and helpful and we got two loads laundered and dried and they even provided wash powder, brilliant and thank you!! We will see you again next time.
We have used this laundrette since 1994 and have always found it to be excellent. For quite a while now we have used their pick up service because of deteriorating health problems and again found it to be excellent. Unfortunately today the man who, when he returned the bedding, really upset my daughter with his remarks and he accused her of having a nasty side when sho stood up for herself. As well as having multiple physical problems my daughter was diagnosed with young onset dementia when she was 45. She is 52 today and is doing well but deteriorating now after she had a stroke a few weeks ago. She had a major panic attack after the man accused her and he also was quite personal about where we lived 28 years ago. We shall still send our laundry because the service is excellent as previously said - shame about the pick up service man
Needed a suit and little girls dress dry cleaned at short notice. Filey Bay Laundrette did an amazing job and got all stains out! I can't thank them enough!
