Today after being told by British gas twice they had phoned the garage in Filey to ensure i could top up my gas meter and having walked up there for the second time even though i am disabled and facing oncology appointments next week. By the time i got there i decided to phone British gas outside the garage so the shop assistant who was an Asian chap and so i entered the shop unwell, alone and in a fluster and he rudely would not even clarify to British gas as well as kicking me out of the shop in tears after just asking for his help. I was NOT rude. I was upset and not with the shop assistant on this afternoon at 3.30pm. I have lived in filey for 10 years and never been so rude and callously treat by any shop assistants ever.....I think he is a very rude man and i am horrified. He did it in front of other customers even though i am a 46 year old woman who is clearly unwell and upset. The staff in there need rethinking for a lovely little village like filey. It felt like i was in the middle of Hare Hills or such like.

This garage tried to keep his prices down and seems to be the first place to reduce the costs. The counter staff have always been pleasant to me. I will carry on buying fro here
I have visited this petrol station couple of times ,I am very happy with the service I have received here. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Slightly expensive but run by a very nice and friendly son and mother.
