I recently had my Atag boiler serviced and I am happy with the work done. John arrived promptly and was tidy and respectful of my home. The service was thorough and he ensured everything was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend John Wheatley to anybody who is looking for a good plumber.

I'm not going to beat about the bush so I'll get straight to it. Five star service from J. Wheatley Gas, Plumbing and heating services. They fitted a new bathroom for us and the final product was spectacular. Exceptional customer service provided by Hannah, exceptional quality of materials, exceptional finished product, exceptional service provided by John who came to quote us for the work, exceptional work carried our by Adam our bathroom fitter. J.Wheatley Gas, Plumbing and Heating Services are a phenomenal company..professional, reliable, friendly, trustworthy, respectful and extremely hard working. They provided fabulous value for money, especially in the current climate, and i have already made an appointment for an engineer to come again in the new year to estimate for 2 more jobs in our home. It can be a scary thing to have a company come into your home who you know nothing about but you don't need to worry about this one...I've told you all you need to know.

Cannot praise them enough,very polite and helpful phone call and a visit day after. A very polite helpful young man Jack (his mother would be proud of him) a real ambassador for the company. He fixed the wash basin and toilet system and I was so impressed , was expecting them giving me a date certainly didn't expect it doing immediately. One very satisfied customer and I would definitely ask for Jack for future plumbing problems. WELL DONE JACK AND J WHEATLY FOR SUPERB SERVICE.

We needed a new boiler, radiators and bathroom. We had tried a few forms, but most were too small for such a big job. I called in at their showroom and one of their displays was exactly what I was looking for. They were friendly and helpful, gave a very professional quote and whilst it was higher than others had suggested I realised that they had the capacity to do the job. I booked them in, they gave me a definite date, they turned up on time and worked steadily, with two teams, until the work was completed. At all times they were helpful and willing to make sure that they were doing what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Attended as agreed. Even arrived a little bit early unlike others who aren't quite so prompt. Dealt with annual check swiftly and efficiently and advised as required. Polite and friendly and we will be happy to engage this company again.
