I’ve never had a problem with Millie’s, I’m disappointed in the cookie I bought for my younger sisters birthday. I asked for stitch to be drawn which is a hard request to do which I understand, but there is no resemblance to stitch whatsoever. Myself and family are very disappointed. I’d rather staff be honest with their abilities and say they cannot make the request do able. No problems with the staff whatsoever!
Had a giant cookie made for my daughter’s teacher and i’m very pleased. cookie was nice and soft and the writing was beautiful. Thank you to millie’s team!
Had a cookie yester day was sick the day after worst cookies I have ever had I wold not recomend to any one 7 pound for 6 is ridiculous just go to morrisons and get some cheaper and better

Bought a big cookie for my son’s 14th birthday, when we went to pick up, we were disappointed to find the icing was runny. When we took it back home, they didn’t spell his name (Ryan) correctly; spelling it with two n’s. The cookie was falling to pieces anytime we picked it up. Icing is poor and below standards, LAST time we come here, absolutely disaster, AVOID AT ALL COST. A two year old could have wrote better than this. Save ur money and go get a birthday cake from some retail store like Tesco.
