We were staying in Filey and was walking to get breakfast when the window display caught my eye. There was so much to chose from. Everything you could want, Julie was absolutely fabulous and knows her stuff. I walked out of the shop with a whole new summer wardrobe. Fantastic boutique will certainly call again. Even better, Julie is willing to post the items to you. Fantastic boutique and the best Customer service ever. Thank you, Julie Mandy x

We had popped into town as we're staying at a nearby caravan park and found this pleasant little store, which is set out so well and has the feeling off a nice boutique but not off putting to walk into. The window display caught my eye, lovely selection displayed and I went in for a further look. It has a nice selection of items, which included plus size clothing which pleased me. The clothing and accessories all had such a lovely selection of colours and styles available. The lady behind the desk was very friendly. I purchased a bag which I'm very pleased with and chuffed that it was so reasonably priced. Needless to say I'll be back when we're next in the area. Thank you.

Great quality clothes. Excellent customer care from Julie who went the extra mile when I wanted an item but lived too far-away to call in. Nothing too much trouble. Will definitely shop at Jools again.

Wonderful shop, visited several times on holiday and bought loads of good quality clothes at excellent prices. The shop owner is amazing and her shop deserves to do well. She is so polite, friendly and helpful. Offers a great postal service too. Can't wait to visit next time I am in Filey.
