We stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a lovely site and very relaxing. We got a very nice welcome on arrival and we were given an info pack which was very helpful. On day one we did a lovely walk into Filey around the town, then walked back along the cliff top path to finish off through a wood back to the site. Lovely walk 5 Miles. Day two we caught the bus into Bridlington to visit the old town. It was the location for the last Dad’s Army film. No facilities so need to be self sufficient. We would definitely return.
Picture perfect campsite. We stayed here for two nights, and couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome or stay. Very peaceful and conveniently located. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little campsite gem to anyone. We will definitely be back! ☺️
Excellent little site, 5 pitches, 2 of which are hardstanding. We had a friendly greeting on arrival from John the site owner who also gave us a very useful information pack about the site and local area. After setting up, we had an issue with our water pump not working, so no running water !!!! John came to our rescue and could not have been any more helpful. He spent over an hour fault finding and diagnosing the fault. He even took out the faulty pump and advised us on a replacement. He provided us with a 10L water container to enable us to stay. We actually ended up staying an extra night. Overall, a superb little site with great owners, we would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you, John, for a great stay and all your help.
A three night stop now in Filey. Ivy Cottage MCC CL. £15 a night with metered ehu. Lovely, well kept site with very friendly and helpful owners.
Wonderful little CL site. Very friendly and helpful owners. EHU charged by a meter, great as you only pay for what you use. Water and elson point and rubbish bins but need to be a self sufficient unit as no toilets or showers. Dog friendly. Lovely walks right from the doorstep. Pub and Spa shop 5 minute walk away. Bus at the end of the lane to Scarborough, Bridlington or Filey. Didn't bother us but right next to the train track. We'll be back. Thank you.
