This used to be an amazing 5* little arcade but recently it has gone downhill! The miserable woman with dark hair is very rude. Acts like she's doing you a favour by being there. All the Machine volumes have been turned off ( I get that it can be very noisy but that's part of the job and it is no fun at all if you can't hear the machine you are playing) The guy there is very helpful but if you ask the woman for help she just rolls her eyes at you 🙄.. So RUDE!. If it wasn't for the public then you wouldn't have a business!

Good place to visit if your on your hols or day trip. Some good arcade games. 2p pushers were a bit of a con though, money piled up in middle, no chance of winning! This seams to be typical along the coast up here. Shame really as it put us off and ended up not spending our money. !

Got a few prizes on the 2p machines and all was going well. Until I went on the claw. Now don't get me wrong you don't expect to win on these things but you do expect them to work. The black haired woman said I had to use a different machine and then credited me with one less play than i had paid for. The arcade is ok but the staff lady was rude.

The only disappointing thing of visiting Filey was going here. The machines are not maintained, bulbs out on virtually every fruit machine, 2p machines that have 2 or the 3 slots covered over. To top it off, I saw a lad about 10 years old playing on the fruit machines. He was never challenged by any staff… this is illegal. I didn’t want to cause an argument so I left. But it’s obvious they are just after your money, without looking after the place or the people.

Good amusement arcade with up to date attractions kept clean and well maintained
