Nisa Local

I went to collect my parcel today to find the shop looking completely closed down. No information for how to get parcels. No phone numbers of who to contact to assist. This is completely out of order. There was no option to message you and I phoned the number listed and it was no longer active. I also phoned Nisa head office who couldn't even find your postcode on their system. I have no idea how to get my parcel

Can't understand the grief being given over a sign! I'm more bothered about the inside of the store, of which absolutely no complaints for the store or staff. I get a few packages delivered here purposely because they always have something I then need for the walk home. As a convenience shop, they are convenient, quite well priced and a nice range of items. The staff are always friendly, and clearly do the best with what they have. As someone who used to work in a store like this, I appreciate the staff work long hours to provide a great service for the area.

Always use these guys for parcel drop offs.They are very efficient,always helpful & good for a laugh. Shop itself often has good offers. Handy for lots of things. Chins up lads,ignore the negative remarks. Hope your sign gets sorted & people can move on.

I will not send any parcels here ever again. When I did, their machine was out of order and they wouldn’t let me collect my parcel until it was fixed. Which can risk your parcel getting sent back and get marked as uncollected if the machine isn’t fixed on time. Had photo ID, email and barcode and they still wouldn’t even attempt to manually put it though/offer a meaningful solution. It was a highly inconvenient and frustrating experience which I wouldn’t want anyone else to ever experience.

Don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews over a sign😂 these guys at nisa are legends, such good people, so hardworking, it’s great shop and you’re always met with kindness and a smile. I hope people will reconsider before leaving bad reviews based on nothing at all to do with the shop or the staff. I wish these guys the absolute best, they deserve it👏🏼
