Made a visit yesterday to buy a few things for winter dog walks. Lesley was brilliant she saw I was struggling a bit to decide the best gear for me and she advised me what would last longer over time and best stuff for rainy days. Was very impressed with her knowledge so have to give her 5 🌟

Great range of stock but after being told on the phone the item I wanted wasn't in stock, I drove down to look for a replacement only to find one left of the original item I wanted. Staff were apologetic though and more than helpful.... apart from the whole telling me something wasn't there but of course 😂
I usually buy all stuff online, but to travel across all Leeds for shopping was worthy. Both members of staff were amazing and helpful. Thank you!
