Popped in today to look for a new jacket for our upcoming trip to the lakes this weekend, and was overwhelmed with the selection but Maria was able assist me in finding the right one and was ever so patient in getting items from the higher racks and waiting for me to try the same one on twice in two different sizes before making a decision. If it wasn't for her I probably would have left confused in what I actually wanted but ended up leaving with a great jacket having recieved great customer service which makes a change from the majority of high street shops! Mountain warehouse should make sure to look after her!

I want to call out specifically the service from Arran as it was one of the best customer experiences I have received. Super knowledgeable, friendly and keen to give advice. Arran resolved a problem I'd had purchasing a backpack from another store which turned out was too big and gave me advice on alternatives. I swapped it for another one and the backpack itself is really well designed and great quality for the price. I left the store very happy and confident for my trip. It was the kind of retail experience you just can't get online shopping and makes coming in-store absolutely worth it. Will definitely return to the Harrogate store for future needs.

Friendly helpfull staff.Some very good sale prices and quality ware. Prices in general excellent. Sometimes purchase online and being able to return to the shop is a real bonus. Will keep on, and have done, visiting. Following another comment, they ask for email address to send bill info and keep you posted on offers which I recon is good service.

Well priced outdoor wear, generally good quality. Lowered rating as the queue was huge - seemingly from all the "discount" items attempting to be upsold at the till. We've all got places to be and you'd get more customers if you stopped trying to flog socks to people buying umbrellas!

Love this shop. Great gear and there is always a sale on with great discounts on a wide range of items. I have a lot of clothing from them from £10 t-shirts to £330 gore tex pro hop ing jackets. Would recommend to anyone.
