Walked in and was greeted by Alison.(St James retail) So I asked if she could help with a few items my son required for his school camping trip. Brilliant throughout even price matched a camp Matt with Amazon. Brilliant experience! Many thanks.

Called in to purchase new walking boots as my old boots had worn out. The staff were so helpful but not pushy and Niki who served me was very professional and helpful. She spent time letting me try on different size boots until I found the right size. Will definitely go to this store again Niki is an asset to the Sheffield branch.

I dealt with a number of staff at Sheffield Meadowhead branch and all were very helpful, the manager (I can’t remember her name) and the deputy manager were especially helpful and went out of their way above and beyond to source me a ski jacket and ski pants, I was very grateful for the level of service, thank you.

Really good value stock and seems decent quality, however this branch really need to train their staff better! The majority of times I've been in, I've been completely ignored at the tills. Most recently some sullen bloke let me wait there for a full 5 minutes without even greeting me or managing my expectations about the wait. It's a real shame when the customer service is so poor!
