Went to the drive through. Is a decent looking kfc quite modern. Drive through was quiet when I went and service was good. Food was ok. Burger was decent. Wings looked great but had a bit of a taste of maybe not that fresh oil.
0 star food at ten star prices.Called in to the Premier chicken restaurant that is kfc.Ordered a fillet burger meal and got another fillet off an anorexic chicken.They must be a new type of poultry as they manage it every time.Increased prices.......decreased portions.......massive rip off...... unhappy customer.........
Not a Great KFC - Poor Hygiene - Food Ok. You'd think as a new franchise, they'd try just a bit harder... OK, post response from the business, they gave a pro-forma Mea Culpa but here's some suggestions: 1 - Have an hourly walk-round and clear up of bins and seating areas as well as the trip hazards presented by leaving greasy food on slippy floors - Blame?/Claim. 2 - Have your exterior areas checked in the same way. 3 - Clean and re-arrange you napkin and condiment areas 4 - After hand cleaning - Check your tables and seating areas - Clean the table tops - 5 - Get a presence on your service counters instead of spending your time engaged in joking and dancing etc behind the counters and ignoring customers. 6 - You don't have to like your customers but they are profits, Staff are overheads. Instead of spending your time offering apologies, try some of the stuff above and then you won't need to apologise.
This is exactly what I received and what it looks like after opening. Untouched. Bag was sealed. But that's what they give you
Don't usually review fast food but this particular KFC is the best I've ever tried. The food is hot, fresh and tasty. Clearly a well run establishment. Well done to the manager, chef and the team!
