One Beyond

Before we entered the shop we tried to get a trolley , but couldn’t as someone had pushed a penny in the slot. I explained this problem to the lady on the checkout. She phoned someone who came from the back . When this person was told she said” someone else who can’t do the trolleys … give me strength” I explained the situation she didn’t listen as she marched out. When she came back she was very off hand with us…” well it needs pliers” Silly me I thought it needed a £1 coin The was this assistant spoke to us was disgusting her attitude apparently was “ couldn’t careless” Never again!

It’s colder inside the store than it is outside so be sure to wear your biggest jackets if you’re planning to shop here. The same monotonous music repeating makes you want to fall asleep. Half of the store is either not priced and the ones that are mostly priced incorrectly. Staff members can never be found, so if you need help with something, good luck.

I buyed sweet and sour candy spray and most of it was empty not Just that most of the things what I buy from there it all half please do something about this people giving money out for nothing then

Went shopping Tuesday morning only to find who I think is the manager to be shouting at his colleagues and talking to them in an unprofessional way I will not be coming to your store in future until things change

Treat staff really badly, which is a shame cos I won't be shopping there
