One Beyond Leeds Kirkgate

Unacceptable behaviour from the security guard today. I went to the shop today to get a few things, went to get some deodorant and didn't know which one to buy from 2 options so decide to spray a tiny bit into the lid of both bottles to choose one, we talking about an insignificant amount that would not be noticeable. Hear someone shouting from the other side of the shop, WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You need to buy now both for what you did!!!!. I was really surprised for the agresitivity of a security guard for something that I do and thought it is normal but if is not for your shop, would be happy to be told In a need a polite manners and not like if I was a criminal doing something bad. THis is absolutely disgusting way to treat clients and definitely will put a oficial complaint about this security gurd

Turns out it’s not just me. Went to the store my 9 year old spent his own money that he saved yet he & I were both asked repeatedly if we had paid for it. Disgusting behaviour from grown adults needless to say we won’t be going there again. The staff are outside smoking, looking incredibly unprofessional.

Absolutely appalling customer service from the security guard. My daughter and her cousin went into the shop to purchase a drink. To be spoken to like rubbish and shown up by the security guard, who said he doesn’t like the look of them and to get out! My daughter rang me upset, and he then came on the phone to me with a disgusting attitude. How dare he try and intimidate young girls, so much so another passer by intervened and stuck up for them. My daughter will take her money elsewhere! They will be loosing business with a jobsworth, unprofessional security guard like that. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have made a complaint to head office.

I recently visited the One Beyond shop in Leeds Kirkgate and was incredibly impressed with the service I received from Adam, the store manager. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my query. His knowledge and friendly demeanour made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future, thanks to Adam's outstanding customer service

Went for refund of my one product.the lady on till was unprofessional and ask me to wait because she want to call her manager.and she was serving other customers and she put me on side for 10 minutes.then manager came she was so rude and she don’t know how to do her job.she asked me stupid questions about refund and then keeping my original receipt with her .i just returned one item and she was keeping my receipt with her.when i ask for receipt she said I don’t think so is there anything now that you can refund.i said this is my choice if i want or not.you cannot tell me that.then started arguing and shouting on till in front of everybody body.so unprofessional.she should be fired from her job because she don’t know how to do her job.very bad experience and never going back there.please you also don’t go there because staff is not helping at all.
