Deceptively big. This Iceland location is large and also well laid-out. It has lots of big name brand to choose from! And there are offers on lots of items. And you can find what you’re looking for quite easily. Overall, it is as good as any Iceland really. Aside from the fact that it just feels a little more modern in look and feel (electronic displays on freezers! 😮😄👏🏻).
Staff are so helpful! Always bargains! And the delivery man are so amazing! Help with everything!
easy to use always order from here no problems
Everytime I go here, there are either no staff on the shop floor or when there is they are chatting to each other. The security guard also follows you around the store for no reason whatsoever. And when you get to the till there's only ever one person on and when people are getting their shopping for home delivery it takes a while and they never get anyone else to jump on the other tills.
Normally brilliant service and great staff. Been in store today and waiting to pay for my shopping. Asked for delivery and told NO!!!! straight away. Due to having only one driver and priority to online customers only. And the till assistant was absolutely terrible no people skills what so ever saying when you come into the store there's a sign stating no deliverys from store. Hope they don't treat all there customer's like me especially the elderly who may have sight problems or people who can't read. Think this company should train there staff properly or put them on a customer care course or employ someone who has better people skills. Also with the cost of living gone up they promise free delivery just cost me £15 to get home which could of been spent on gas or electric. ICELAND SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! Don't think I will be going back there for my shopping.
