Very nice place. Very nice staff, good service. Nice atmosphere, though maybe they could have the music just a little lower (it wasn't that loud though). Good starters and excellent Pizzas. Prices not bad for the amount of food we got through. Would definitely go back there.

Today me, my husband and my 11 month old daughter visited Zizzis in Harrogate. It is my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience the best possible. I used the Zizzis app and received my main meal for free as it was my birthday. The staff also gave me and my husband free drink (bubbles for me and a beer for my husband). When we finished our meal the waiters also brought out a piece of cake for me with a little candle on. Such a lovely gesture for my birthday. Not only did the go above and beyond but out food was delicious! We left very full and very happy. We will 100% be visiting again.

A very poor experience recently when taking my daughter's family out for a meal at Zizzis. The children like it there, but unfortunately this is the second poor experience we have had there, both during the busy Christmas periods. On this occasion, we were seated at a table that had lots of old food and other things such as drinks straws under the table, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Not an appetising start. The staff were ok but kept forgetting things that had either been asked before or that had been ordered but not served. Worse still was one of the meals that was produced. The spaghetti bolognese was served uncooked and partially cold. Unfortunately, only the latter part of the message seems to have reached the cook as the plate reappeared shortly after very hot but with the pasta still uncooked. Instead of making another meal it appears the food had been microwaved. The net result of the second attempt was that the person didn't feel like eating any longer. The restaurant seemed to think that the situation could be remedied by pointing out that we'd not been charged for the dish. In fact they had done their best at spoiling a special night out. A very poor showing and an indication that lessons from previous busy times aren't been learnt and shared either locally or regionally.
