Danny was very helpful both with ensuring that I got the right brake parts on my model change year Passat, which he did! Brilliant. He was very kind and helpful in a friendly professional manner. He was careful to ensure that I had everything that I needed to do the job, and explained the returns policy clearly (which is very reasonable). Thanks. Shocking experience. Had a 4 month old battery that failed on my truck tried it on my other vehicles still wouldn’t work flat as a pancake . Still has five years warranty and wouldn’t swop it all because there tester says it was fine. Anyways went though to york depot and what a cracking service

Very poor knowledge, I know nothing about cars but it turns out the guy on the counter knows less than me. Bought a battery from them ( as suggested by their website) and it didn't work. Had trouble starting car. Turns out I needed a more powerful battery, which I eventually had to buy from them but the hassle I had to go through swapping batteries wasn't worth the Time. Reasonably priced though if you know what you want

Brilliant service fantastic price. Had my number plates nicked, phoned Halfords for a price, they wanted to charge me £16 per plate. Phoned SAS. Spoke to John, and John on the front desk, ended up getting the both for around £12 inc vat. Not going anywhere else from now on 👍👍
