I was looking forward to looking around this stor as I haven’t had the pleasure as yet, today was my lucky day OR WAS IT I was looking for a suit for my son, I’m disabled so unable to walk upstairs and the lift here has been broken for some time apparently. Needless to say I am very disappointed with disabled excess in this store and will have to buy from another store

Gotta say, matalan is the new primark! This one is smaller than the others nearby. Went in to buy some teenage dressing gowns and slippers. They have a reasonable childrens section (up to 13yo) but the styles are very childish. I found that for what i was after the kids section didn't quite have it. And neither did the adult section as the styles were too old. Outside of teenage clothes, matalan is great. Some good adult clothes. There is a home section here though i didn't have a look. Staff looked like it had been a long day, it was closing time. Not rude, just not bubbly or smiley. Pleasant.
