AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR PRIVATE OR BUSINESS! Left a note on front door and location of safe place aswell as ringing up to make sure the driver leaves it in the safe location. X3 Attempts and still waiting today is the 4th attempt. Rang up today checking if they have my notes on the system, and they don’t. Please avoid everyone let’s get this place shut down. Poor service! Your reviews speak for itself self.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! If you can choose another courier company, don't hesitate. Any other company is better than this one. What a nightmare!!! I will never use their services again and I advise everyone to AVOID THEM!!! I was at home all day, no courier arrived but I received information that my parcel had been delivered and that someone had signed the receipt. I did not authorize anyone to collect the parcel for me or sign on my behalf. The parcel status shows that it was delivered but it was not. None of my neighbors received anything at my address either. After filing a complaint, I received information that according to them the courier was at my place but no one was at home which is obviously not true and that I have to make a re-delivery which is impossible because the parcel status shows that it was delivered. The parcel cost £200 so I paid extra to make sure I would received it. As you can see, there is not enough security to stop this courier company from stealing from you because to me it is theft. Customer service is also rubbish. No one wants to help and explain where the package is. They just look for excuses to get rid of you. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!!

Supposed to pick up parcel Friday still not here no contact from them very poor service called customer service and they only speak to account customers not quite sure tnt understand customer service urgent package now missed its deadline for delivery.

Absolute shambles, lied about attempting deliveries for 3 days solid, unable to communicate with a real person, escalation team has about as much success contacting them as I did, had to collect my own package 15 miles away. It's took less time to get from Japan to the depot than it did for the depot to never attempt to deliver.

Tracking on their website is pathetic. So many different reference numbers. Enter a number and get 'no results' then gives you a result. No way of contacting a human to re-arrange delivery so I'll have to travel 30 miles to collect. And are they TNT or FedEX?? (Who are just as bad) Absolute RUBBISH!!
