Absolute garbage, terrible location, nightmare to get in and out of. I ordered online, went to collect and was told they didn't have in stock. Said they had just sold the last display model. 40 mins wasted round trip, but they were happy to take my money. 5 days later, finally a refund landed. To top it off the manager was a surly miserable woman who was just awful in the way she spoke to her staff. Not a single apology or care give. Avoid.

Seems a little chaotic in here. I know its called the Range by name but didnt quite expect products to strewn everywhere including rugs resting on the floor of the aisles not in the rack. There seem to boxes everywhere and someone must be having a joke with the deflated hot tubs. The same guinea pig food is about 3.70 at Home Bargains. To finish, I think I was barely noticed by the the girl at the till who continued her conversation with a colleague about something as equally pointless as visiting this store.

Rude staff. Two told me item from online wasn’t available to collect as was out of stock and they “didn’t want to open other pallets if it was in the back” - walked round for a bit myself and there’s 4 on a shelf so the just couldn’t be bothered looking.

It's always a good day out down here. I say day out, you might only pop in for the odd bits but it will take all day to get out the car park. Sundays are really interesting.
