Illegal work conducted on houses they had no permission to be in.
We are more then happy with the level of service shown to us by Jack Stow, designer at Howdens Sutton Fields. We felt in safe hands at our design visit, although we went with a vision of how we wanted the kitchen layout to be, Jack was invaluable with his knowledge and advice on the finer details. Although he is busy he always made time if we needed it. We are extremely happy with our Howdens Fairford Kitchen in Pebble. Great quality, it looks amazing. We did have concerns about the standard of appliances due to reading old reviews but we were reassured and so far we are really impressed especially with the oven/combo oven and induction hob., We wouldn’t hesitate to use Howden’s again for future projects.
Howdens was very busy but employees took time to offer help. You have to make an appointment for in depth assistance.
Best to avoid Sutton Fields depot whilst a certain designer works there, absolute disgrace, worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Really helpful and knowledgeable helped me and gave me really good advice on a internal door
